To: All AT&T SE Local Presidents
On February 23, 2011 and February 24, 2011, the American Arbitration Association certified that a majority of the AT&T Premise Technicians Bargaining Unit wish to be represented by the Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO for the purpose of Collective Bargaining.
With 1932 names submitted, CWA had over 70% signed cards. In addition, Locals and Organizers were able to get membership and dues authorization cards signed.
All Locals who have Premise Technicians in their jurisdiction participated along with our 75/25 Organizers.
